Personality

Wrenkit doesn't really experience much emotion. Whether that's due to her unknown origins, whether something horrible happened to her in her earliest days, or if she was simply born like that, she doesn't know, and she doesn't want to find out. Because of this, she never truly puts her heart into what she does. She will obey orders out of duty toward her Clan, as she understands it's important to help her peers in their quest for survival, but more often than not her efforts are half-hearted or otherwise result in poor-quality outcomes. Her interest is usually at least mildly piqued when something out of the ordinary happens, and she often observes other cats' reactions as a pastime in these atypical situations. As of now, she hasn't tried many activities that involve a lot of physical exertion, such as playfighting, so I'll just wait and see what happens in her apprenticeship, I suppose. She has something of an eye for beauty, although she finds it in strange places sometimes. She admires the feather she stuck in her fur and how it glitters even in low light, but at the same time, she may enjoy the atmosphere that surrounds a vigil for a dead cat. Wrenkit is rather socially intelligent, even if she chooses not to speak much, and prefers to be honest about her feelings, rather than attempting to mimic the faces of those around her to "fit in". She doesn't enjoy that kind of social manipulation.

Wrenkit doesn't possess a strict sense of justice, so she usually analyses other cats' reactions to certain things to gauge what minor things are considered right or wrong, but because different cats have different moral standards, she adapts to wherever their moral compass lies based on what she can perceive as an outsider. That said, she does have a general code she abides by, e.g. avoiding things like killing other cats, and the basic need for her Clanmates to survive. She knows StarClan exists, and is mildly interested in what's after death, but she's far more intrigued by the Dark Forest once she finds out they're real, and wonders why any of its residents might be given a position as Warden to decide if a cat should be given new life. This also gives way to questions about what factors go into deciding who ends up where, although she does know the Warrior Code has some part to play in the matter.

Biography

Nobody knows where Wrenkit came from. Not even she remembers who her parents were, or if she had any siblings. Her earliest memory is of being curled up in the nursery, and she preferred to keep it that way, not being bothered enough to discover her mysterious heritage, nor considering it important enough to be worth anyone's time, including her own. She grew up in the nursery under the general supervision of the queens, but none of them ever truly felt like a "mother" to her. She has no favourites among them, and assumes the feeling is reciprocated. That's it so far.

Personal Blurb

This girlie is so emotionless that I have a feeling I'm going to have a bit of trouble with her being a decent warrior in the future, haha! She'll probably be like "oh, the Clan should be protected, I should probably help out in battle" but if she half-asses things then I fear her place in ThunderClan may be thrown into question... perks of winging it with characters, eh?
